A qualified referral is deemed as a homeowner and/or business owner that contracts with St. Augustine Gutters for a gutter installation of 150 ft minimum, or $500 and greater in gutter repair.

Referrals that become qualified customers within one year (365 days) of the first referral submission count toward your reward level achievement.

A referral becomes a qualified customer once their gutters are approved to be installed by St. Augustine Gutters.

Reward levels restart one year after the first referral submission. The referrals must be made through our referral form prior to the referred customer having had any initial contact with St. Augustine Gutters.

A referral reward cannot be used for or toward any outstanding balances with St. Augustine Gutters.

You are unable to refer your own primary residence into the program; however, if we have completed a job on your primary residence or business’s gutters, you may refer a second home, rental property, business location, etc.

The referrer is solely responsible for submitting their referrals into the referral rewards program via our referral form. St. Augustine Gutters representatives are not responsible for entering this information into the program for the referrer.
